Terms of Service

The terms for using wc.doctor

Last updated 20 October 2026. By using wc.doctor, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you use the site.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits or uses wc.doctor (the "site"), which is operated by Euclid Squared Inc. ("we", "our" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Description of the service

wc.doctor offers plain guides to the medical side of a workers' compensation claim, a blog where new articles are added as they are written and a free email newsletter (wc.doctor Weekly). We are also building a directory of doctors and clinics that say they treat workers' compensation patients, state by state. You do not need an account to use the site.

Information, not advice

Content on wc.doctor is general information about the medical side of workers' compensation. It is not medical advice and it is not legal advice, and it may not fit your situation. We are not a medical provider, no doctor works for the site, and we are not affiliated with any insurer, employer, state agency or medical board. Using the site, or contacting anyone through it, does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Rules differ from state to state and change over time. Check anything important with your own doctor, your state's workers' compensation agency or a workers' compensation lawyer before you act on it.

If you are hurt right now, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This site cannot help in an emergency.

Newsletter

wc.doctor Weekly is free. You join only after you confirm your address from the email we send, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. We may change how often it is sent, or stop sending it.
